WANDERLUST
The Wanderlust series is an intimate exploration into my internal and external existence within the various spaces that have constituted my life.
Particularly, Wanderlust depicts the raw, candid, and intriguing moments that I have discovered during my travels. The photos are meant to evoke an emotional connection that transcends beyond the visual satisfaction of the eye.
This project is also an expression of the aesthetic beauty that blossoms from the outcry of silence and paradoxically, an effort to invoke colors of emotions from seemingly lifeless scenes.
My impetuous desire to make meaning of true beauty has led me to places I would have never gone before. It has led me to immerse in scenes of uncertainty and unexpectedness—pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone.
Wanderlust strips away conventional standards of beauty; it is the physical act of unearthing diamonds in the rough.
